EcoPupSG Refund Policy

At EcoPupSG, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality services and products. To ensure fairness and operational stability, the following refund policy applies to all bookings and purchases.

🐾 1. Daycare & Boarding Bookings

1.1 Non-Refundable Payments

All payments for daycare and overnight boarding are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and paid.

This includes:

  • Trial Day bookings

  • Full-day daycare packages

  • 5-Day or 10-Day packages

  • Overnight boarding stays

1.2 Rescheduling Policy

  • Bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking will be treated as a used session and no refund or credit will be issued.

1.3 No-Shows / Late Arrival

  • No-shows are considered forfeited sessions.

  • Late arrivals will not be extended beyond operating hours and are non-refundable.

1.4 Package Expiry

  • Packages may come with stated usage terms.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all package purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

1.5 Dog Behaviour, Health & Temperament

EcoPupSG reserves the right to decline service if a dog:

  • Shows aggression

  • Is unwell or unvaccinated

  • Poses a safety risk

In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

🐾 2. Retail Products (Eco-Friendly Supplies)

2.1 Final Sale

All retail purchases are considered final sale and non-refundable, unless the product is:

  • Defective upon arrival, or

  • Incorrectly delivered

2.2 Defective or Wrong Item Claims

To request an exchange:

  • Email hello@ecopupsg.com within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Include clear photos and order details

Approved claims will be exchanged for the same item or equivalent store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.

2.3 Used or Opened Items

Products that are opened, damaged due to misuse, or used cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

🐾 3. Service Suspension for Safety

If EcoPupSG suspends or discontinues services for safety, operational, or behavioural reasons, no refunds will be issued for remaining sessions.

🐾 4. Promotions & Discounts

All promotional packages, discounted rates, and special offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.

🐾 5. Force Majeure

EcoPupSG is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., illness, emergencies, government restrictions). In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and rescheduling remains subject to availability.

🐾 6. Policy Amendments

EcoPupSG reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
