• Half-Day covers up to 5 hours

• Drop-off and pick-up must be within the same day

• Time can fall within morning or afternoon sessions

• Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance

• Limited slots daily to ensure safe small-group care

• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability

• Light socialisation & enrichment play

• Short walk or structured activity

• Rest time (if needed)

• supervision throughout the stay

• Photos/updates (if applicable)

Depending on your schedule, owner may choose:

Morning Session

• Suitable for early drop-offs

• Includes enrichment & light social play

Afternoon Session

• Suitable for later drop-offs

• Includes wind-down activities & calm engagement

(Exact timing may follow EcoPupSG’s operating hours.)

All dogs must be:

• Fully vaccinated

• Healthy & parasite-free

• Non-aggressive

• Safe in group settings

A temperament assessment may be required for first-time dogs.

• Must be within operating hours

• Late pick-up may incur additional fees

• Exceeding 5 hours may be charged as a Full-Day rate

• Feeding is optional for Half-Day visits

• Owners may bring treats or food if needed

• Special care or medication may incur additional fees

• Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may be charged

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Bookings are non-transferable

• Puppies adjusting to socialisation

• Dogs needing shorter sessions

• Busy owners wanting flexible care

• First-time daycare visitors

✅ 1. Service Inclusions

• One (1) Half-Day session covers up to 5 hours of daycare within EcoPupSG operating hours.

• supervision, light enrichment activities, and social play may be included.

• Feeding is not included unless requested and approved.

✅ 2. Booking Requirements

• All bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.

• Slots are limited and subject to availability.

• Same-day or last-minute bookings may be accepted only if space permits.

✅ 3. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Must be within EcoPupSG’s operating hours.

• Exceeding 5 hours may result in a Full-Day charge.

• Late pick-up fees may apply for collection beyond agreed timing.

• Early drop-off is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

✅ 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking may be chargeable.

• No-shows are non-refundable and considered a used session/payment.

• Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

✅ 5. Dog Eligibility Requirements

All dogs must:

• Be fully vaccinated (proof required)

• Be healthy and parasite-free

• Not display aggression or pose safety risks

• Be suitable for social/group environments

EcoPupSG reserves the right to decline daycare if safety concerns arise. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

✅ 6. Health, Medication & Special Care

• Owners must disclose all medical needs or behavioral concerns prior to the session.

• Medication administration or special care may incur additional charges.

• If a dog becomes unwell, EcoPupSG may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

✅ 7. Feeding & Personal Items

• Feeding may be carried out upon request and instruction.

• Owners may provide food, treats, or comfort items.

• EcoPupSG is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

✅ 8. Safety & Behavior

• Dogs displaying aggression, excessive stress, or unsafe behavior may be isolated or sent home early.

• EcoPupSG may discontinue daycare services for safety reasons.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for early removal.

✅ 9. Add-On Services

Optional services (e.g., grooming, enrichment upgrades, solo walks, product purchases) are charged separately and subject to availability.

✅ 10. Operational Rights

EcoPupSG may suspend or adjust operations due to safety, weather, emergencies, or internal policies. No refunds will be granted, but rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

✅ 11. Force Majeure

EcoPupSG is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond its control (e.g., illness, emergencies, government restrictions). No refunds will be issued.

✅ 12. Policy Amendments

EcoPupSG reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on the official website or provided upon request.
