🌙 Overnight Boarding (1 night)

• Covers one (1) overnight stay

• Drop-off and pick-up must occur within operating hours

• Stay includes overnight care until the next morning

• Booking must be made at least 3 days in advance

• Limited slots to ensure calm, small-group boarding

• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability

• Evening wind-down routine

• Home-style sleeping spaces

• Night-time comfort checks

• supervision throughout the night

• Morning walk & light enrichment

(Full-Day Daycare the next day may require an additional fee unless purchased separately.)

Dogs must be:

• Fully vaccinated

• Healthy & parasite-free

• Non-aggressive

• Safe in shared environments

A temperament assessment may be required for first-time boarders.

• Must be within EcoPupSG operating hours

• Late pick-up may incur additional charges

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability

• Owners needs to bring food, treats, or comfort items

• Feeding instructions will be followed as provided

• Special diets or medication may incur additional fees

• Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may be charged

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Booking is non-transferable

• Short trips or overnight commitments

• First-time trial stays

• Dogs adapting to boarding environments

✅ 1. Service Inclusions

• One (1) Overnight Boarding stay covering one night of supervision in a home-style environment.

• Includes evening wind-down, sleeping arrangements, and night-time monitoring.

• Morning walk and light enrichment are included.

• Full-Day Daycare the next day is not included, unless separately purchased.

✅ 2. Booking Requirements

• Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.

• Slots are limited and subject to availability.

• Same-day or last-minute bookings may be accepted only if space permits.

✅ 3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out must be within EcoPupSG operating hours.

• Late pick-up fees may apply for collection beyond agreed timing.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

✅ 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking may be chargeable.

• No-shows are non-refundable and counted as a completed stay.

• Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

✅ 5. Dog Eligibility Requirements

All dogs must:

• Be fully vaccinated (proof required)

• Be healthy and parasite-free

• Not display aggression or pose safety risks

• Be suitable for shared/group environments

EcoPupSG reserves the right to refuse boarding if safety concerns arise. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

✅ 6. Health, Medication & Special Care

• Owners must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, or behavioral concerns prior to the stay.

• Medication administration or special care may incur additional fees.

• If a dog becomes unwell, EcoPupSG may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

✅ 7. Feeding & Personal Items

• Owners needs to provide food, treats, or comfort items.

• EcoPupSG is not responsible for loss, damage, or soiling of personal items.

• Special diets or feeding routines may incur additional charges.

✅ 8. Safety & Behavior

• Dogs exhibiting aggression, excessive stress, or unsafe behavior may be isolated or sent home early.

• EcoPupSG may discontinue service for safety reasons.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for early removal.

✅ 9. Add-On Services

Optional services (e.g., grooming, enrichment upgrades, solo walks, next-day daycare, retail products) are charged separately and subject to availability.

✅ 10. Operational Rights

EcoPupSG may suspend or adjust operations due to safety, emergencies, weather, or internal policies. No refunds will be granted, but rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

✅ 11. Force Majeure

EcoPupSG is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond its control (e.g., illness, emergencies, government restrictions). No refunds will be issued.

✅ 12. Policy Amendments

EcoPupSG reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available upon request or on the official website.
