🌙 Overnight Boarding Package (7 nights)

• Package covers 7 overnight stays

• Nights do not need to be consecutive

• Ideal for travel, busy periods, or longer care needs

• Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance

• Limited slots to ensure safe, small-group boarding

• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability

• Calm evening wind-down routine

• Home-style sleeping spaces

• Night-time comfort checks

•  supervision throughout the night

• Morning walk & enrichment the next day

(If next day’s full daycare is required, fees may apply unless included in package.)

Dogs must be:

• Fully vaccinated

• Healthy & parasite-free

• Non-aggressive and safe in group environments

• Cleared through temperament assessment (if required)

EcoPupSG reserves the right to decline boarding if safety concerns arise.

• Drop-off and pick-up must be within operating hours

• Late pick-up may incur additional charges

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability

• Owners need to bring their dog’s food, treats, or comfort items

• Standard feeding routines are followed as instructed

• Special diets or medication may incur additional fees

• Less than 72-hour cancellation notice = 1 night deducted

• No-shows count as 1 used night

• Package is non-refundable & non-transferable

• Owners traveling overseas

• Dogs needing stable routine

• Anxious dogs who prefer home-style stays

• Repeat or long-term boarders

✅ 1. Package Inclusions

• Package consists of 7 overnight boarding stays.

• Each stay covers one night, with supervision and home-style sleeping arrangements.

• Daycare services the following day are not included, unless stated otherwise.

• If there is consecutive stay through out, daycare services will be included

✅ 2. Validity & Usage

• Nights do not need to be used consecutively.

• Package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

• Unused nights have no cash value and cannot be converted into credits or services.

✅ 3. Booking Requirements

• All bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.

• Slots are limited and subject to availability.

• Last-minute bookings may be accepted only if space permits.

✅ 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in 1 night deducted.

• No-shows are counted as a used night.

• No refunds or extensions will be granted for missed or unused nights.

✅ 5. Check-In & Check-Out

• Drop-off and pick-up must be within EcoPupSG operating hours.

• Late pick-up may incur additional fees.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.

✅ 6. Dog Eligibility Requirements

All dogs must:

• Be fully vaccinated (proof required)

• Be healthy and parasite-free

• Not display aggression or pose safety risks

• Pass a temperament assessment (if required)

EcoPupSG reserves the right to refuse service if the dog’s health or behavior affects safety.

✅ 7. Health, Medication & Special Care

• Owners must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to boarding.

• Medication administration or special care may incur additional charges.

• If a dog becomes unwell, EcoPupSG may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

✅ 8. Personal Belongings

• Owners needs to provide food, treats, or comfort items.

• EcoPupSG is not liable for loss or damage to personal items brought by the owner.

✅ 9. Operational Rights

• EcoPupSG may suspend or decline services due to safety, behavioral, or operational concerns.

• In such cases, no refunds will be issued for remaining nights.

✅ 10. Add-On Services & Fees

Optional add-ons (e.g., grooming, enrichment, walks, next-day daycare) are charged separately and subject to availability.

✅ 11. Force Majeure

EcoPupSG is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., illness, emergencies, government restrictions). No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

✅ 12. Policy Amendments

EcoPupSG reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be displayed on the official website.
