No-shows count as a used day
Late arrivals will not extend daycare hours
Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.
Each visit deducts one (1) full-day session from the package.
Unused sessions have no cash value and cannot be converted to credit.
EcoPupSG may suspend services due to health, safety, or operational concerns.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, but rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
